Shops at The Ridge Phase 2
Rebuilding of the existing shopping center was to happen in 2 stages: Phase 1 and Phase 2, Phase 1 was completed but due to lack of interest from retailers, no new retail stores were built on the Phase 2 lot (which remains vacant since 2015).

The empty lot at the corner of Broadway and Pleasant Valley is not under contract for any development at this moment. There have been rumors about a proposed fast food restaurant and a large tree nursery commercial enterprise. UBA will keep watching this site and will keep you updated. Our primary concern is that this site is tailormade for housing (even the city wants housing there). UBA would support housing first on this site.
